This cast steel maquette is 100% New Zealand made and an exact 1/2 scale replica of the original installed on Wellington’s Waterfront in 2008. The maquette stands on a genuine piece of old Wellington wharf beam which the artist tracked down and purchased especially for the purpose of this sculpture.
